Mortgage Direct Corporation is a licensed Mortgage Brokerage located in Rancho Santa Margarita. The company is managed by the President, Chris Kostoff, who has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. He is a Nationally ranked Mortgage Broker who believes honesty is his best trait. He has surrounded himself with a full time assistant, several loan processors, an established escrow company, and a full time closing agent who will drive to you to help sign your loan papers.

Over the last 19 years in the business, Chris has tried to make the experience of the loan process as smooth as possible. He realizes this is a huge financial obligation and understands the importance of service and making his clients happy. This has led to over 90% of his clients doing more than 1 loan with him. He has a system that will track your loan so he is constantly trying to help clients reduce their rate and or term in hopes of improving the financial situation.

Through the years 2013-2015 Scotsman Guide ranked in the Top 200 Nationally for loan volume production. A big part of his success is also due to his relentless work ethic. He feels service has gone by the wayside with most businesses and realizes that the client always comes first.
